Personal Responsibility

I understand that my registration as a participant in a WellForm International event, workshop, or online platform involves applying for instruction or participation in activities that may involve physical, emotional, and psychological activity, with associated risks. I acknowledge that instructors or staff cannot always monitor my limits and that I am responsible for assessing any risks and choosing a safe course of action for myself.

I assume responsibility for any injuries or damages suffered by me arising from my participation. In consideration of participating in WellForm International events and workshops, I release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless WellForm International, its instructors, guides, staff, speakers, or participants. I understand that WellForm International representatives are not doctors and that I should consult my healthcare practitioners regarding my physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

I understand that while WellForm International may offer advice during events and workshops, I am responsible for my own personal, business, legal, and financial decisions.

Voice/Image/Video Release

I understand that WellForm International may audio/video record and/or live stream the courses and workshops I am enrolled in. I grant WellForm International the right to use my voice/image/video in its promotional materials and/or products. WellForm International has complete ownership of these materials and products, and I have no interest or ownership in them. This Voice/Image/Video Release is perpetual and worldwide. I understand that WellForm International will not use my face or voice for any AI regeneration or purposes.

Parental Consent for Minor Participants

If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must grant permission for the minor to participate. The parent or guardian agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this waiver on behalf of the minor participant. WellForm International is a safe place for kids to participate in events and workshops.

Confidentiality

I agree to respect the confidentiality of all participants and not disclose any personal or sensitive information shared during events and workshops. Recorded workshops will be available to all WellSync members for the duration of their membership.

Membership and Access

WellSync members have access to the entire members' area and all platforms as long as they are in good standing with their payment. If a payment is missed, access will be removed, and members can email the team to get caught up and restart their membership. Members can stop their membership at any time and return at any time.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from my participation will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Australia, according to Australian laws.

Health and Safety Acknowledgment

I acknowledge my responsibility to inform WellForm International of any medical conditions or accommodations needed to ensure my safe participation.

Behaviors and Conduct

• Mute When Not Speaking: Participants should mute their microphones when not actively speaking.
• Video On Policy: Participants are encouraged or required to keep their video on during the workshop.
• Be Punctual: Participants should join a few minutes early to address any technical issues and start on time.
• Use Real Names: Attendees should use their real names to facilitate communication and create a personal learning environment.
• Respectful Communication: Promote a culture of respect where all participants feel comfortable sharing their thoughts.
• Workshops will be Recorded: Recording will be done with participants' consent; on Zoom, it’s done automatically.
• Participate Actively: Encourage active participation to maximize the learning experience.
• Use Chat Wisely: The chat function should be used for relevant questions, comments, or to share resources.
• Stay Engaged: Participants should avoid multitasking to maintain focus on the workshop content.
• Follow the Facilitator's Guidance: Attendees should respect the workshop structure and follow any instructions provided.
• Confidentiality: Sensitive topics discussed should stay in the workshop to ensure a safe space.
• Technical Preparedness: Ensure devices, internet connection, and any required software or materials are ready before the workshop.
• Raise Hand to Speak: Use the "raise hand" feature or wait to be called on before speaking.
• Background and Lighting: Be mindful of background and lighting to ensure visibility and avoid distractions.
• Feedback and Evaluation: Be open to providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve the workshop experience.
