Songül has led live breathwork workshops in Vienna and Hamburg as part of an art project and regularly hosts her own sessions in Vienna, combining Pranayama and Transformational Breathing with gentle, accessible guidance. Over the last two years she has also supported clients online, translating deep breathing principles into simple tools for daily life.
Her approach is experiential and safe: music, mindfulness, and group presence frame every practice so participants can release tension, build self-trust, and integrate new patterns with confidence.
Beyond her workshops, Songül serves voluntarily as a Training Coordinator with Business Network International, delivering weekly training segments to 20+ entrepreneurs—an experience that continually refines her ability to communicate clearly and facilitate meaningful learning.
Her mission is straightforward: help people return to themselves through the breath—lighter, clearer, and more resilient.
