Nadia El Jed

Nadia El Jed is a facilitator and guide who helps people train attention, anchor in the body, and access everyday flow through practical, movement-based mindfulness. Since 2021, she has co-hosted community yoga events in Paris, including the weekly “Brunch & Yoga Sundays” and the monthly “Relax & Breathe,” creating safe, accessible spaces for practice and reflection. In 2025, she expanded her work to 7–10 day wellness retreats, offering immersive experiences that translate mindful movement into daily habits.

Beyond the mat, Nadia brings a rare cross-disciplinary edge. She has organized and led innovation workshops in corporate settings and has spoken at blockchain and innovation conferences worldwide (2017–2022), where she explored focus, creativity, and human performance in fast-changing environments. This blend of community facilitation, retreat leadership, and corporate innovation informs a teaching style that is grounded, clear, and immediately applicable to real life.

Areas of focus include presence and flow, breath-led movement, and sustainable personal routines. Nadia’s approach is straightforward: small, repeatable practices that calm the system, sharpen attention, and help people feel at home in their own bodies.
