Return to Life : the Pilates Body-Reset Series By Laura Irbinger

This workshop is designed to help you explore and understand your deep core system—including the pelvic floor, diaphragm, multifidus, and transverse abdominis—and how these muscles work together to support posture, stability, and fluid movement. Guided by Laura Irbinger, you’ll engage in practical Pilates exercises that focus on core activation, breath integration, and mindful movement.

During the session, you’ll have the opportunity to:

– Deepen your awareness of how the core supports overall body alignment and everyday movements.
– Practice exercises that strengthen stabilizing muscles and enhance coordination.
– Integrate breath patterns with movement to improve control and body awareness.
– Experience guided techniques that you can incorporate into your daily routine to maintain core strength and stability.

This is an interactive and hands-on workshop, so we encourage you to have simple props ready, such as a small Pilates ball (or pillows), a yoga block, and a large towel, to support your practice. Laura will provide clear guidance throughout, ensuring a supportive and engaging experience for participants of all levels.
