In this session, you’ll explore how conscious breathing can help you let go of what weighs you down and open space for clarity and calm. Guided by Songül Cinar, an experienced facilitator of Pranayama and Transformational Breath, the workshop creates a safe, nurturing environment supported by music and group energy.

During this session, you’ll experience how to:
