Distraction is part of modern life—but it doesn’t have to define it. In this 90-minute session, you’ll explore how yoga can become an active form of meditation, helping you sharpen focus, stabilize the mind, and reconnect with presence through movement.
Guided by Nadia El Jed, an experienced yoga facilitator and retreat leader, the session introduces practical tools to strengthen your attention and body awareness. You’ll learn how mindful motion and breath can shift you from scattered thinking to a calm, centered flow state that extends beyond the mat.
