Here are two ways to log in to your WellSync Creator platform for the first time. Once you complete the application form, we will create your login details, giving you access to your WellSync Creator Workshop Course. The WellSync Creator platform and WellForm membership share the same login credentials, so with one set of details, you can access everything—just make sure to use the same username and email address.

If you are already a member, you can use your existing login credentials, which will also be sent to you via email.

The WellSync Creator Workshop Course is a comprehensive step-by-step action guidance. All you need to do is to watch the videos provided on the course and take the action step to continue to the next step.  Additionally, the WellForm team offers videos, documents and weekly online live calls to help you navigate your journey​.

Once the online application form and marketing form are completed, we will begin creating your done-for-you marketing materials and provide instructions for the next steps.

This step is included in the online marketing form. Be sure to select a date and time that works for you. Once you submit your chosen time, the WellForm team will begin creating marketing and promotional materials to support you. Please commit to a regular schedule, such as hosting one workshop per month.

You should have a stable internet connection (preferably wired), and all resources (videos, slides, documents) prepared and tested beforehand. Joining the Zoom session at least one hour early is recommended to resolve any technical issues.

The online Marketing Form will be provided once you become a member and follow the action steps in your Workshop Creator Course. It collects essential details about your workshop title, content, promotional strategies, and any additional resources or links you’ll be using, all crucial for preparing your promotional materials.

If you haven't received your materials within a week of submitting your Marketing Form, contact the WellForm support team. Ensure all required fields in the form were completed correctly to avoid delays.

You can monitor engagement metrics such as email open rates, social media interactions, and registration numbers through the analytics tools or through your own social media accounts.

Join the Zoom session one hour before the start time to ensure everything is set up correctly. If you encounter issues, inform your WellSync Coordinator immediately, and they will assist with troubleshooting or implementing the backup plan​.

You should offer and invite participants to continue working with you, share key takeaways, and request feedback through the WellForm’s online Workshop Feedback Form. This will help improve future workshops and provide testimonials.

Analyse the feedback collected from participants and your own debrief session. Use this information to adjust your content, delivery style, or interaction methods to better meet participant needs in future sessions.
